She is a licensed psychologist with more than 20 years of experience in the assessment and treatment of children with autism spectrum disorders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dr. Alisa Lowrey<\/strong> is a special education educator with 30-plus years of experience working in inclusive classrooms with individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism. Her research includes teacher education, professional development and evaluation; inclusive educational practices including the application of Universal Design for Learning; and designing quality, individualized curricula. She is the co-editor of &#8220;Focus on Autism and Other Developmental Disabilities&#8221; and an associate professor at The University of Southern Mississippi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dr. Leonard Troughton<\/strong> is a special educator with 20 years of experience working with individuals with emotional and behavioral disabilities. His teaching and research include use of cognitive-behavioral and social skills interventions for students with EBD; supporting transitions for students with EBD; providing classroom and behavioral management strategies for general and special education teachers; and preparing future special education teachers to work with students with disabilities, particularly those students with EBD. He is an assistant professor in the Special Education program at The University of Southern Mississippi and vice president of the Mississippi Council for Children with Behavior Disorders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dr. Zachary LaBrot<\/strong> is an assistant professor in the School Psychology at The University of Southern Mississippi.
